A little help.

For questions about Impo or help with your account, email cj@impo.ai. Include your app version, device model, and a short description of what happened. Please leave out passwords, private recordings, and sensitive personal information.

Signing in

Use Continue with Apple or Continue with Google. Use the same account and provider to return to your saved conversations. Apple Hide My Email can create a different account from a Google address. An internet connection is required for AI features and account synchronization.

Chat and tasks

Server-side work can continue when you leave the app. Reopen the conversation or task to recover its saved result. If a request fails, use the retry option when available. AI answers can be inaccurate; review important information before acting on it.

Echo and voice input

Echo starts only after you choose to record and allow microphone access. Tap Stop in the app or its Live Activity to finish. Transcripts appear after upload and processing; interrupted uploads may resume later. Open an Echo recording to view or delete it.

For a short voice message, hold the empty input field and release to transcribe. Slide up before releasing to cancel. Chat voice messages and Echo recordings are separate features.

Brief and memories

Brief and memory processing run in the background. A new account may initially have no editions or memories. Set your briefing times in Brief settings, and browse or forget saved memories from About you.

Connections and permissions

Open Settings → Connections to choose what Impo can access. Connections are optional. System permission can also be revoked in your device settings. Health and Calendar are read-only; Reminders can be created when you ask, and Contacts are read-only.

Notifications

Open Settings → Notifications to control Chat, Task, and Brief alerts separately. Also allow notifications in your device settings. Impo keeps foreground notifications quiet. Focus modes, device connectivity, and system settings can affect when notifications arrive.

Your account and data

Read the Privacy Policy for data processing, retention, and privacy choices. Open Settings → Delete account. Versions with in-app deletion ask you to review a warning, then type DELETE before confirming. You are signed out when the request is accepted; cloud cleanup normally finishes within 24 hours, and the saved receipt shows its status. Older builds open an email request. You can also email cj@impo.ai from your account address. Deletion is permanent.
